aba99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

Use of the aba99 platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. aba99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any balance remaining in the account will be subject to review. It is the account holder's sole responsibility to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms before using the platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on aba99. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. When registering, you must provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active phone number registered in Bangladesh that you own and control.
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aba99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. aba99 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team.

You must notify aba99 immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred. aba99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account access credentials.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aba99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may result in further legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with aba99 games or systems in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any other illegal financial activity using the aba99 platform or its payment services.

aba99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. aba99 implements SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect personal data in transit and at rest.

aba99 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by law or as necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

aba99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including the one-account policy, age requirements, or prohibited conduct rules.
• aba99 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account or any transactions made through it.
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and aba99, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the aba99 customer support team. aba99 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as determined by applicable law.

aba99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, aba99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the platform or by email. Material amendments will take effect no earlier than 7 days following the date of notification, unless the amendment is required by law or is necessary to address an urgent security or operational matter, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the aba99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalidity of any one provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms and conditions published on the aba99 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and aba99 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter. No oral representations, statements, or inducements not contained in these Terms shall be binding upon either party.
